What is Craftily?

Craftily is a thoughtfully curated craft kit that brings chic DIY to your door. Each box features standout brands and creators to keep you engaged and creating.

Do I need to buy any tools or supplies myself?

All the craft supplies you need will be included in your box! However, some crafts may require common household items like tape, scissors, or a lighter.

How difficult are the crafts?

Our crafts can typically be completed within a few hours and require no prior skill. Each box includes a clear set of instructions (either digital or in-box) and some crafts also have access to video tutorials to guide you along the way! All of this material is located in the Learn Your Craft portion of our website!

Are the crafts designed for kids?

Craftily boxes are not specifically designed for kids. Our boxes may include sharp materials such as needles. However, there are certainly some crafts that your little one may be a perfect helping hand in!

How subscriptions work

How much does a subscription cost? What is included?

Craftily subscription boxes range from $48 to $52 per month. All subscriptions also come with free shipping!

Each box includes all the supplies you'll need, along with detailed instructions to guide and inspire your crafting experience!

Can I choose which craft I get each month?

Currently, our subscription craft boxes are a surprise each month. If you have a specific craft from our website that you'd like to receive in a particular month, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request!

How do I apply a discount code?

To apply a discount or promo code, enter the code during the checkout process. When prompted for shipping information, look for the section where you can enter your code. After entering the code, click "Apply" to add the discount to your order.

Manage account & subscriptions

When will I be charged for my subscription?

For your first order, your card will be charged on the day you start your subscription.

Every subsequent charge will be on the 25th the month.

Can I change my subscription billing date?

At Craftily, billing dates are standardized. Your first subscription payment is made at the time of subscribing, and future boxes are billed on the 25th of the month.

How do I update my billing information?

You can update your billing information at any time from your My Account page. You can edit your payment details (e.g., credit card number) and/or billing address from your Account tab.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! You can pause your subscription at any point.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We’re sorry to see you go! In order to cancel your subscription, go to your account page and click ‘manage my subscription,’ where you will be able to cancel.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

All subscriptions include free shipping to anywhere in the continental United States.

When will my order ship?

For your first box, we’ll ship it as soon as possible after receiving your order. Subsequent boxes will be shipped around the 1st of the month going forward.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship our boxes anywhere within the continental United States. If you'd like to be able to purchase a box from another location, please contact us to express your interest.

I haven't received my box. What do I do?

If you haven’t received your box yet, please contact us! You can also review our Shipping Policy.

What is your return or refund policy?

All Craftily orders come with a 30-day money-back guarantee (as long as the items are unused) and easy returns, so there is zero risk!

How do I report a problem with my box?

We are sorry that there is a problem with your box! If any box contents are damaged, lost, or missing, our customer care team is happy to help! Please contact us directly and we will do our best to make it right.

Why does Craftily want to know my birthday?

When you Create an Account with Craftily, we request your birthday in order to have the opportunity to send you something special on your birthday!

Giving Craftily as a gift

Can I give Craftily boxes as a gift?

Yes! Our prepaid Subscription craft boxes work as perfect gifts to others.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer gift wrapping.

I received a Craftily gift card - what do I do now?

You are able to redeem your gift card at the Checkout page of our website!
